‍Roles and Responsibilities

. Telecalling/Telemarketing Executive (Female candidates alone).
.Functional Area: Customer Service and sales.
.Role: Category Voice ( inbound and outbound).

Key accountabilities :

. Must maintain leads and follow up till conversion into sales.
. Knowledgeabout telemarketing and leads generation.
. Handling Customer Over The Call.
. Regular follow-up with the Customers for Renewal collections and updates.
. Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling.
. Good in Relationship Building.
. Good Convincing and Retention of customer.
.Achieve renewal targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.


. Any Graduate, 10,+2 (Intermediate qualified also applicable).
. Must be experienced in B2B sales.
. Sales experience of Min 6 months or 1 year.
. Must be a local resident current anywhere in Chennai.
. Should be fluent in the local language and respective regional language.
. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
